Trees, shrubs & evergreens are guaranteed at half of its value for 1 year from date of purchase for loyalty members. A 50% credit will be given in the form of a gift card. A replacement plant will not be given.
Roses, Rhododendrons, Azaleas & Japanese Maples
Roses, rhododendrons and azaleas are guaranteed at half of its value until November 1st of the year of purchase for loyalty members. A 50% credit will be given in the form of a gift card. A replacement plant will not be given.
Original Receipt must be presented, as well as proof of the deceased plant, such as photos (please include the plant as well as area where it is planted) or the plant itself. Plant materials on sale for 50% off or greater are not guaranteed
Due to hardiness, climate or variables beyond our control, the following items are not covered by the guarantee:
Annuals, perennials, butterfly bushes, groundcover, hanging baskets, herbs, vegetables, ornamental grasses, sod, tropicals, aquatic plants, houseplants, bulbs or clearance items.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Plants damaged or destroyed by neglect, improper watering, pruning, acts of nature, damage from people or animals. This is determined at the discretion of the Nursery Manager.
- If a plant is not blooming properly or growing to meet your expectations, there are often steps that can be taken to remedy the issue. Please seek out a member of our nursery staff for assistance.
- Any delivery fees associated with the plant purchase
- Plants installed in above ground containers, raised beds or have never been planted.
What To Do If Your Plant Is Not Acting As It Should
Do not immediately dig the plant up. We want your plant to not just survive, but thrive in its new home. Please remember that plants are living things with natural flaws and imperfections. Contact a nursery associate about possible solutions. In some cases, certain plants can go through of period of transplant shock when going into their new soil and most likely will recover if the proper steps are taken in order to remedy the problem.
