Join Risky Brisket Championship BBQ Team at Wannemaker’s Home & Garden on Saturday, October 28th for an immersive BBQ experience.


Roll up your sleeves and get ready to work with championship BBQ instructors. You’ll work in teams to learn the art of creating award-winning craft BBQ in a fraction of the time. We’ll teach you to cook hot and fast on Gateway Drum Smokers, which produces exceptional results very quickly. Don’t worry if you like to cook low and slow, or on a different style of smoker, our recipes and techniques work on all cooker types. Get hands-on with turkey, and holiday bombs!
