Grilling Classes with Dr. BBQ
Joining us for the event is BBQ Hall-of-Fame(r) Ray Lampe “Dr. BBQ“. He will be hosting 2 FREE CLASSES at 10am and 2pm. Attendees will season and shape their own burger patties while Dr. BBQ teaches you about different flavors and meats as well as charcoal and temperature control.

Seminar and Meet & Greet with Meathead
New York Times best-selling author and Barbecue Hall-of-Famer Meathead will join us at the Grilling Extravaganza for a FREE seminar at Noon to talk about “Old Husband’s Tales, Barbecue Myths That Deserve To Die”.
